contains everything you need to look professional on the Internet and give your company

cost-effective! ConnectONE+ gives you all the benefits of Wave Rider's connectONE dial service, but also includes a Domain name and Virtual Server. A domain name is the Internet equivalent of registering your company name. Anyone could register your company name on the Internet, they are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For example, Lloyds.co.uk was registered by Lloyd's Computers, a small shop in Gwent. By not registering their domain name, Lloyds Bank and Lloyds The Chemists are both unable to have the domain name that would suit them best. Once your domain has been registered by someone else, either by coincidence, or mischievously, recovering it could be a costly legal affair - and even then, could still fail. A Domain name tells people that you are serious about the Internet. If your company was called Widgets Limited, you might register widgets.co.uk as your domain name. An added advantage is that your domain name is independent of any Internet Service Provider. The virtual server lets you have a World Wide Web address of www.widgets.co.uk - much easier to find, and simple to remember for your customers or potential customers. It is also a means of forwarding Web Traffic and email through to your address, without the mention of Wave Rider. It looks far more professional - for a relatively low cost. In addition, most Internet users will use special web sites called 'search engines' to find sites of interest to them.
