Cobalt RaQ™

The Cobalt RaQ™ is our answer to your dedicated web server requests. It can host up to 200 individual web sites or it can be dedicated to a single medium or large customer. The versatility opens up tremendous opportunity for web service providers to invest in a single piece of hardware while migrating business customers up to dedicated servers.

At a single-rack unit high and with minimal power requirements (50 watts), Cobalt RaQs can be stacked 40 high in a standard 19-inch rack enclosure. In fact, they can be pre-installed. All hardware and software configuration is remote, so when a client requests a new service, the new site can be configured on the fly through a standard browser. All you'll need is credit approval. That includes eCommerce sites. The Cobalt RaQ includes: root access, FTP, Web, email and virtual domain support.

In addition to distributing the Cobalt RaQ, Wave Rider can offer a full co-location service for those of you who would prefer us to worry about any and all technical support issues.
