However, unlike traditional servers the Cobalt Qube has all of the unnecessary general purpose computer hardware removed; things like keyboard, sound cards, monitors, etc. As a result, the Cobalt Qube is substantially more efficient and less expensive.

It can perform all the network management traditionally handled by similarly featured though more expensive SUN™ and Windows™ servers. It can also serve 1 million web page requests and 400,000 emails per day. Best of all, unlike other servers, set-up and maintenance is a breeze: just 15 minutes from the box to network operation. All maintenance is handled remotely through a standard web browser and set-up is performed through wizards built into the Cobalt Qube.
